1. The Intro

It all begins with a love story, and no two are the same. I want to hear it all! The engagement, the silly stories, and the family and friends involved in who you are as a couple today. What makes you better together and what are your dreams for your wedding day?

2. Booking

Let’s make this happen! Once you’ve decided Josh Case Productions is the right fit we’ll sign a custom contract. I do require a deposit to hold your date - this will be discussed with the contract.

3. Planning

We’ll work together to plan out your wedding day, deciding what is most important to tell your story. I’ll also work with your photographer, music vendor and day of coordinator to ensure your day is flawless.

4. The Big Day

The day you’ve been waiting for is finally here! I’ll be documenting your vows, quiet moments, and special people all day, making sure nothing important is missed.

5. Your Story

As I go through the footage of your day I’m careful to choose moments big and small that are unique to you as a couple. Pairing these moments with audio from your day and unique music, I strive to create an authentic film true to your love story.

 FAQs

  • I’m based in Chester County, PA but I love to travel! My wedding packages include about an hour travel time. After that, travel time is billed per hour which we can discuss on a call in you’re interested. Anything 3+ hours is considered a destination wedding and will require a custom proposal.

  • My main style is cinematic documentary, I strive to capture your full story in a beautiful way. I’m not here just for the highlights, the little moments throughout the day are just as important. If you’re looking for something specific please let me know!

  • I started filming weddings in 2017 doing freelance for a few Philly production companies. I decided to take the plunge and go full time on my own in 2019 and I never looked back!

  • This is entirely up to you, I love to get to know my couples. Want to grab coffee or dinner? Let’s make it happen.

  • On average I shoot between 600gb to a full terabyte of footage per wedding. This is a good chunk of footage to sort through to turn into your personalized wedding film. My goal is to get your main event film to you between 4-6 months from your wedding day. Teasers will be delivered sooner!

  • Yes! I offer RAW footage to my couples, please keep in mind this will not be color corrected and is meant more for an archival purpose. The footage will not be in chronological order of your day. I do require my couples to send me a hard drive so I can back up the RAW footage for them.

  • Now! But in all seriousness, I do tend to see brides booking anywhere from 1 to 2 years in advanced for the wedding day. Popular months and days of the week book quickly, so if you are looking for a Saturday in September or October it’s best to plan ahead.

  • The sky is the limit, if you want it filmed we can make it happen. Reach out via my contact page and we can chat.

  • For wedding cinematography I use three Sony A7S3 cameras with a range of lenses/focal lengths. I also have a drone available for your day, a DJI Air 2S, weather and location permitting.

  • Nope, I also love to photograph weddings. For photo weddings I use Sony A7R MKIV cameras, I typically use two of these cameras with different lenses.

  • Not a big deal! There are obviously a ton of wedding venues in the area, you’re planning a wedding so I’m sure you know. A new location allows me to be more creative and I’m more than happy if it’s within a reasonable distance to meet you or your day of coordinator at your venue to do a walk through.

  • As a PA based business, yes I have to charge PA and Philly sales tax based on your home address.
